When you return to your country after your studies are finished this will be refunded.

English Classes – 20 hours tuition per week, 15 week term, 3 terms per year.
Private lessons are governed by the contract that has been taken.
TEFL course – 4 week course of 100 hours

ENGLISH CLASSES

All students must pay a local or international application fee. This is non-refundable. Once you have been accepted onto the course of your choice, the balance of fees are due in full. Late payments will incur interest and the student may be asked to leave the course until funds have been received.

Cancellations made one month or more prior to the commencement of the course will receive a full tuition fee refund but the school will retain the application and registration fees.

A 10% administrative fee is retained on all cancellations made less than a month before commencement of the course.

Students, who complete a course in fewer terms than they have paid for, will be refunded in full for those terms not needed.

Students, who begin a course but fail to complete it, will not be refunded.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Contracts must be paid in full and in advance before lessons can start. A period of one-month’s-notice is required to change the times, days or amount of lessons required.

If you need to cancel a lesson, you are to contact the school at least 24 hours in advance. The lesson will then be re-scheduled and you will not lose this time. If you cancel a lesson in less than 24 hours, the lesson will be charged for. The duration of the course will depend on how often you have lessons.

TEFL REFUNDS

The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is paid on the first day of the course. Due to limited numbers on each TEFL course, students who start the course but fail to finish it, will not be refunded.

ALL REFUNDS

All refunds will be made within 30 days and will be paid directly into a bank account.  Before a certificate or report is issued all outstanding fees must be paid in full.

Payment Options
For all students who do not hold a South African passport and/or Identity Document, the full tuition fee must be paid in advance. This is a South African government requirement. A study visa will not be granted by the Embassy until proof is received from the school that the full amount has been paid.
