COURSE OFFERINGS
Our English course is tailored according to the needs of the client and the capability level of the participants.
  • General English courses of 20 hours per week, 5 days a week over 10 weeks (200 hours), including accommodation and 3 meals a day on the farm. There will also be weekend adventure opportunities throughout the stay included in the price.
OUR METHODOLOGY
The Farm follows a very systematic and well-researched method to determine the correct approach for each participant. Great riding opportunities exist coupled with excellent weekend alternatives in nature. As well as living on a stunning farm with river access and hiking trails, participants will interact on all levels of the farm including doing light jobs to assist in the daily and efficient running of the farm while interacting with everyone living on the farm.

Weekend activities are offered every Saturday and Sunday. Opportunities include: River kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, mountain hiking, fauna and flora environmental, swimming and volleyball. All of these activities are included in the course fees.
These activities form an integral part of the course where the use of English will be practised in an entertaining and fun environment.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is offered in the farmhouse along with other students. Rooms are either single or shared and offer the student a bed with all bedding, a desk, a table lamp and a cupboard. All meals have been selected with the riders and their tough training schedule in mind. A full time cook prepares all meals for the participants. All meals offer fresh farm produce and ingredients. Laundry facilities are also available.

RACING OPPORTUNITIES
The Western Cape is home to the Argus Cycle Tour, the 109km premier road bike race which is at the end of March. Following closely behind is the Cape Epic Mountain Bike Race, the most notable mountain bike race in the world, attracting riders from South America, Europe as well as local South Africans.
